Dress your best to celebrate spring and the Kentucky Derby with wine samples, small bites, beautiful flowers, and a race viewing party in the Broadway District.
The Run for the Roses Wine Walk features wine stops at more than 15 participating businesses with light food pairings and a souvenir wine glass from 2 to 5 p.m. Finish your walk by creating a build-your-own floral bouquet inside Old Fort Square and take it home to enjoy.
The fun doesn't end there. Registration also includes a Derby Watch Party at The Depot from 4 to 7 p.m. There will be heavy appetizers, photo-ops, a dress-up contest with grand prizes and a private race viewing. Dress in your best pantsuit, cocktail dress, or business formal attire. You'll want to accessorize accordingly. Pearls and a stunning Derby hat are both a must.
