Leicht Memorial Park Capital Campaign
Building on its previous successes, On Broadway is turning its attention to make enhancements to Leicht Memorial Park. The planned improvements are aimed at attracting over 150,000 people annually through events, recreation, and regular programming, in partnership with the City of Green Bay Parks Department.
With your support, On Broadway will bring new energy to Leicht Memorial Park and create new ways for residents and visitors to interact with the Fox River. The development creates a vibrant location for public and community concerts and celebrations, complete with enhanced amenities allowing for longer stays
and more enjoyment. The centerpiece of the park is a stage. Imagine yoga classes, concerts, movies and more. Leicht Memorial Park will become another favorite gathering place for the community.
Phase 1
Began August 11, 2025 and includes:
- Place excess fill to provide adequate soil compaction for Phase 2 construction
Phase 2
Slated to begin in late 2025/early 2026 and will include:
- New pavilion with rentable indoor space, restrooms and a beverage concession stand
- Biergarten
- Associated stormwater management
Phase 3 will begin upon completion of the Capital Campaign efforts and will include:
- Waterfront stairs
- Contemporary stage
- Lighting and walkways
- Landscaping
