The Ferguson Family YMCA has become a second home for friends and families to gather in Hominy Valley. From dedicated walkers and group exercise devotees to a youth programs, the Y is more than a place to work out! It is community!
Join us for community workshops and social activites as well as population health programs for cancer survivors and many others.
Our center is also home to Westridge CrossFit, which has established itself as a place for people of all ages and abilities to find encouragement, challenge, and fellowship.
