We believe in “Doing the Right Thing” ... one member, one employee, and one situation at a time. That phrase above is our bread and butter, so to speak. From top to bottom, we might be a little unusual in comparison to the average financial institution. (Tattoos, jean days, you know, just casually avoiding being a classic spaghetti western banker.) And maybe you won’t like that. Oh well. At least we don’t have a weird mascot. What we do strive to do is bring you to a better level of self each time you interact with us. Life happens. Mistakes happen. Second chances and forgiveness happen. We’re human too. Our staff have lived paycheck to paycheck. We’ve made financial (and other) mistakes. Even knowing better, guess what, we don’t live how our “budgets” say we should. It’s called HUMAN NATURE. Shocker. We’re going to mess up from time to time, but we do keep trying new things. We’d rather fall trying to get our members to a better place, than to never move the needle at all. So, try us on for size. Maybe we’ll fit, maybe we won’t. Either way, we hope to leave you in a little better place than before.
