Did you know we have a park named after a World War II aviator and tactician? James Henry Flatley Jr. (June 17, 1906–July 9, 1958) was born in Green Bay and graduated from St. Norbert College before attending the U.S. Naval Academy. Learn more about his heroic naval career here.
