Base Companies was founded in 2016 as a full-service real estate development, property management, consulting and construction management firm. The Company resides at 340 N Broadway – Ste 460 within the Rail Yard Innovation District. Base Companies is also a founding partner in the redevelopment of the Rail Yard (22 acre - Former Larsen Canning Co. property) along with Titletown Brewing Co.
The company's real estate development projects are meant to “Develop Strong Communities”, entice economic development, and provide the community with “something to be proud of”! Through the elimination of blight or the creation of attractive, Community Based Developments that appeal to young professionals looking to call the Greater Green Bay area home; Base thrives on hearing the words, “wow, this doesn’t feel like Green Bay!” (In a positive, progressive manner, of course!)
Base has contributed to the development of the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Building, redevelopment of the former Chamber Building into the Breakthrough Fuel Corporate Offices, creation and fundraising of the Backstage at The Meyer project and many other Downtown Redevelopment Projects.
