Once the harvest for the year is done its easy to think of gardening as “over”. However, winter preparations are a step that often goes overlooked. You can give your garden a strong start the following year you give it just a little more care at the end of the year. There’s a great opportunity to learn all about this and more in our last Grassroots in the Garden session of the year on September 15th where Josh Kufahl will be leading a session on preparing the Seymour Park Food Forest for winter.
