Substance abuse and addiction is a rising concern in Brown County. A panel of local experts will explore the effects of substance abuse on individuals and the larger community. The discussion will identify impacts of addiction and options for help. Presented in collaboration with Women's Recovery Journey of Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin.
