Surviving the Great Fire with Barb Chisholm
Desire and Emmerence Gaspard-Englebert survived the Great Fire of 1871 by descending into a well while an inferno raged all around them. This re-enactment of the famed Peshtigo Fire relives this ordeal along with stories and facts gleaned over the years by the survivors’ great granddaughter. Dinner is served at 5:00, with program to follow at 6:00. $20 per person for Neville Members; $25 for nonmembers. Visit our website to register under Events Dinner Program.
