Workshop Description
Scarecrows are fun and a great introduction to drawing the human figure with a relaxed attitude. Come join us as kids experiment with ink and watercolor and there will be plenty for Mom to help with too.
Workshop supplies ARE included with the registration fee.
Instructor Biography
I believe art is a part of everyone's life. The more you learn about art, through art history, aesthetics, criticism, and art-making, the more you can understand and enjoy it. I graduated in 1987 from UW-Milwaukee, receiving a Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a teaching certification. I have taught in several Green Bay Schools and was the Regional Vice President of the Wisconsin Art Education Association, and the Youth Art Month Co-Chair. I am currently teaching at the Rahr West Art Museum as well as The Art Garage.
