Mixing media is a fun and non intimidating way to play with paints, papers, crayons, and numerous other crazy tools and techniques! Add some marking making, printing, layering and intuition to see your work evolve!
This experience will provide a unique foundation to learn about color, texture and design while making a few truly creative pieces of artwork! Some painting experience recommended. If you are new to painting, Jane’s three part introductory series is a great way to get comfortable with painting!
The Art Garage will supply basic acrylic and watercolor paints and various surfaces needed to paint on for this retreat. Please feel free to bring your own paints and brushes.
