Join biologist and longtime baker Vicki Medland on June 16th at 6:00pm as she reviews the macronutrient content among grains and how that affects their performance in baking and helps you to choose the best grains to use in your favorite recipes. Attend in person at the Brown County Central Library or virtually via zoom.
