Join WPR, the Green Bay Press Gazette and NEW News Lab partners for stories that delve into why "Home is Here."
What began as a project from the NEW News Lab to go beyond census data to tell the stories of the growing number of Black, Asian, Native American and Hispanic residents in the region, has evolved into personal essays from five of the series participants. Their stories were captured by Maureen McCollum of Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Wisconsin Life” series.
Join WPR, the Green Bay Press Gazette and NEW News Lab partners on September 20 from 6 to 7 p.m. for live readings of their stories that delve into why “Home is Here.”
A reception with light refreshments will precede the event at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but please register as space is limited.
