Herbal teas can do wonders for your health, but with so many types to choose from it can be overwhelming finding a place to start. In this educational presentation Crystal Brown will be sharing her knowledge on the many different types of herbal teas, how to prepare them, and how you can even harvest some for yourself; be that from your garden or in nature.
