The Youth Fitness Exploration Program meets every Monday and Wednesday and essentially gives participants free lessons in Tae Kwon Do, Dancing/ Tumbling, and swimming! We also have one hour a week in the gym where we get to do a variety of activities around soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, and more. This hour in the gym is usually centered around the youth’s interests. Minority and/or low income students are encouraged!
