For youth between the ages of 11 and 15 years old, let the YWCA welcome you to a free, enriching program focused on building lifelong healthy habits. Each Monday, two certified personal trainers will guide participants through unexplored areas of fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Come and enjoy time after school with some friends, food, and fun!
