Join us for a 45 minute dance fitness class that is sure to get your heart rate up and moving. Instructor Dena Holtz uses todays hit music so you can sing along and dance to a beat that you know. After class Chef Jyll will have an assortment of healthy appetizers that will keep you on track for your fitness goals. Our skilled bartenders will have a menu of skinny cocktails that will be available for purchase along with a full bar so you can drink whatever you'd like!

Be sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Bring a towel and a water bottle because we guarantee this will make you sweat!
