This "show and smell" of various kinds of herbs in the library's Edible Garden includes tips on growing and harvesting as well as how to enhance the flavor and color of foods with herbs toX create healthy, tasty low-salt recipes. Stay to fill a sachet with dried herbs and flowers. Presented by NEW Master Gardeners and UW-Madison Division of Extension Brown County's FoodWIse program. Presented in collaboration with the Brown County Seed Library coalition.
