Our monthly drum circle and sound healing sessions create a therapeutic environment through rhythm and collective music-making, which helps foster communication, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being.
This session is a FREE community event.
Participants may bring their own drum or other related sound-maker. A small selection will be made available for your use during the session.
