Join us for an empowering self-defense class led by an experienced aikido instructor! Learn practical techniques to help you feel safer, stronger, and more confident.

This class is open to all experience levels- whether you want to participate or just observe, you’re welcome!

👟 What to wear/bring:

• Workout clothes and athletic shoes
• No jewelry (except flat bands and stud earrings)
• Long hair tied back

📋 A waiver will be provided at the door.
