Join us on the streets of Downtown Green Bay as 10 local Booyah Chefs serve up Wisconsin’s favorite soup! Visitors and locals alike will sample and vote to determine who makes the best booyah in the land. Live music by the LIVEwire Polka Band will keep the energy high throughout the event.
Attendees will purchase a $20 tasting card day-of while supplies last that includes a 2–3 oz. sample of each of the 10 booyah recipes, as well as a voting ticket to cast their vote for the best booyah. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
Chefs will battle for the best booyah: 1st Place - $500; 2nd Place - $250

Kringle Combine
Presented by Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe

Uncle Mike’s Kringle Combine invites attendees to sample an assortment of limited edition, never before made flavors of Kringle.
After enjoying samples of Kringle, participants will cast a vote for their favorite flavor. Uncle Mike’s will also have Kringle and additional baked goods for sale during the event.
A $5 donation provides entry to the Kringle Combine area. 100% of entry donations benefit the Salvation Army of Green Bay.

Bike Bash
Presented by the Green Bay Bicycle Collective

Attendees can experience:
- Vintage & specialty bicycle show and swap meet sponsored by Shop Dog Cycle
- Watch the Flatland BMX demo at 6 PM by Active Bike & Fitness LLC
- Free youth helmets and tie-dye station sponsored by BayCare Clinic Century
- Live music sponsored by Cheesesteak Rebellion, D&M Jewelers, Timekeeper Distillery, Lumberjack Johnny's, and Jimmy John's
- Bicycle games hosted by Trail Genius
- 1 PM Tire Tube Blow Up - First one to pop their tube wins. Grab a teammate for a fat tire round!
- 2 PM Beer Barrel Bump - First one to guide an old beer barrel across the finish line wins.
- 3 PM Slow Roll - Last one to the finish line wins. Don't put your foot down or you're outta there!
- 4 PM Bike Derby - Everyone cozy up into a big circle and slowly shrink the circle as you ride. If you put your foot down, you're out. Last one standing wins!
- 5 PM Infinity Circle - Follow the spiral as close to the end as you can get without putting your foot down.
12 PM: LIVEwire
LIVEwire delivers a high-energy mix of Polish Push Style polka, country rock, and oldies — a crowd-pleasing sound that will get all ages on the dance floor!

3 PM: Plaster
Green Bay’s newest band, Plaster, brings the '90s and 2000s back to life with the best rock and grunge hits of the generation.

3:30 PM: Counterpunch
Rock out with Counterpunch at Washington Street Block Party! This Chicago-based Punk Rock band will keep the energy high for the afternoon.

5:30 PM: Flatfoot 56
Chicago-based Flatfoot 56 brings a positive-natured hardcore-tinged Celtic punk to our downtown. Think Dropkick Murphys meets Flogging Molly!
