The Premier, one of the newest non-profits in the Broadway District, is a space for artists and performers to rehearse, teach, practice, and host events without the hefty price-tag. You can rent space here, all for the price of a cup of coffee! This space is also open for other non-profits to host presentations, meetings, and demonstrations.
Not only is the space affordable, it is user-based and flexible to accommodate artists' lifestyles. The Premier will be constantly changing and evolving, giving users a new and unique experience every time. You never know who you'll meet and collaborate with in this space!
After five years of trying to establish an artists' space, the manpower behind The Premier had The Rail Yard doors opened to them at the right time.
