Be there to witness the unveiling of Howe Elementary Community School's new mural! Located at 525 S. Madison Street, the mural by artist Irineo Medina features Howe students and is located under the Mason Street bridge overpass. Hear from the artist, GBAPS Superintendent, Howe Principal, and Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich.
