In this six-week session, our group will explore profound practices from yoga that shift the way the body, mind, and spirit responds to stressors. Each class includes a short teaching, discussion and a physical yoga practice appropriate for all levels. Join Beth Heller, MS, for this unique yoga series that has been shown to reduce anxiety in participants by 20% over the course of six weeks. Together we’ll discover tools for ROCKING our daily lives from a place of compassion and power! Space is limited to 15 so register today! Women only please.

Dress comfortably for gentle movement. Bring your own yoga mat or one will be provided for you.
