For the first time in Green Bay! Phil Kline's Unsilent Night.
A luminous soundscape played by the audience on anything that amplifies music carried through city streets. Every December since 1992.

Unsilent Night is an original composition by Phil Kline, written specifically to be heard outdoors in December. It is a street promenade in which the audience becomes the performer.
