Team ONE MILE is joining forces with community veteran groups, Student veterans, and ROTC cadets. As we cycle from community to community we will engage our next generation leaders to inspire, offer insight, and challenge them to step out of their comfort zones. This week long event series will also highlight our 12 months of bringing awareness and financial support to Camp Hometown Heroes, a local Wisconsin camp dedicated to helping children of our fallen heroes.

WHO: Team ONE MILE, a national charity team. Made up of civilians and veterans from all demographics across the U.S.. We are a volunteer group of non-professional riders coming together for a common purpose.
WHAT: "OPERATION: Healing Hearts"- 700 miles in 6 days, while hosting live nightly events to connect with veterans, University students, future leaders and Wisconsin communities.
WHEN: September 9th - 14th, 2024. Nightly events starting at 5pm.
WHERE: (Event Cities): Prairie du Sac, La Crosse, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Green Bay, Cedarburg.
WHY: Team ONE MILE and their sponsors are on a mission! Our mission is to support the Wisconsin camp know as "Camp Hometown Heroes."
This summer camp brings in hundreds of children from all over the
country that have one thing n common. They have all lost their hero....they have lost a parent or sibling who has bravely served our country. Let's work together to bring awareness and raise money for this great camp.
Team ONE MILE is composed of 20 riders and an amazing leadership crew of military and civilian backgrounds.
September 9th, 2024, Team ONE MILE will "CROSS THE LINE OF DEPARTURE" leaving the Wisconsin 9/11 memorial on it's 6 day trek. As we travel the state, we will inspire, listen, and most of all connect with future generation leaders. Our goal is to bring a positive message of teamwork and comradery to these 6 Wisconsin cities. By working and struggling together, we become a unit. As a unit we can all accomplish great feats with a common purpose. We have a difficult mission, but an important goal.
Nightly events will feature military and civilian guest speakers, music by The Gebel Girls, and International Touring Artist, Ashtyn Barbaree. Join the team for a special "meet & greet" to celebrate our mission.
