Active ally-ship and bystander Workshop

Bystanders and allies may recognize conflict, bullying, or harassment, but are reluctant to intervene. The safety of our community depends on the willingness to move beyond good intentions to effective action. Active allies are key to creating an inclusive and safe culture and community. While we know that caring about issues like violence, bullying, or harassment is important, caring alone does not stop these things from happening--- we need actual skills. This free workshop will bring you what you need to be an effective ally.
