Details
Dr. Patrick Jung will cover a general overview of the Black Hawk War, events in Green Bay during the summer of 1832, and details about the Menominee Indians and their participation in the conflict. Dr. Patrick J. Jung, received his doctoral degree in US History from Marquette University in 1997 and has taught at the Milwaukee School of Engineering since 2003. He has authored two books and several articles on the Black Hawk War of 1832 and other Native-White military conflicts in the western Great Lakes region.
