Bringing Art to the Heart
ArtFest's mission is to bring beauty and vibrancy to Downtown Green Bay. Proceeds support projects in the downtown districts including murals, art installations, and streetscape improvements.
Downtown Green Bay, Inc. is proud to host ArtFest Green Bay. This event will vitalize the local community and support small businesses in the district.
Art Fair presented by TDS Fiber
Explore works from local, regional, and national artists at the Art Fair presented by TDS Fiber, in partnership with The Art Garage! Artists will showcase their diverse range of mediums and shoppers are sure to find something that captures their imagination. From paintings to sculptures, photography to mixed media, artists will inspire attendees with their creativity and talent.
ArtFest Color Run
Saturday, July 20th • 9:30 a.m.
Add a splash of color to your weekend with the ArtFest Color Run on Saturday morning, July 20th! Lace-up your running shoes and embark on a vibrant journey through the streets of Downtown Green Bay and alongside the scenic Fox River. Each participant will receive a powdered color to throw in the air as the run begins and will be showered in color throughout the course. By the end, you'll be a walking art piece! Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer to stroll, everyone is welcome to join in the colorful festivities.

Experience Art
In this area, experience art, learn something new, and get your hands dirty in partnership with NWTC Artisan & Business Center. Professional artists will provide a glimpse into their creative processes with live demonstrations. Drop in and watch the magic unfold before your eyes, whether you're seeking relaxation or simply want to marvel at their mastery. Be sure to catch the live portrait painting, where skilled artists bring faces to life!
This is also where you can unleash your inner artist with free hands-on opportunities provided by community groups and businesses, whether it’s creating custom pins, collage-making, or printing!
Annual Community Art Project
ArtFest Green Bay proudly presents an annual community art project, fulfilling its mission of bringing art to the streets of Downtown Green Bay that will last generations. This unique opportunity invites participants of all ages and abilities to contribute their creativity. Nearly 900 participants made their mark in the community clay mural at ArtFest 2023 and it is now displayed prominently on Walnut Street in Downtown Green Bay. See here!

Eat & Compete
Culinary Demonstrations - Saturday, July 20th, 2024
Local chefs will take the stage to demonstrate their culinary mastery, offering insights into food preparation and presentation that will tantalize your tastebuds and inspire your inner chef. Perhaps you can pick up a few new techniques and recipes along the way! Samples of the culinary creations will be available first-come-first-served.
Art Wars - Sunday, July 21st, 2024
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Watch as talented artists go brush-to-brush in a live painting competition in partnership with The Tarlton Theatre, the Art Wars. Get up close as artists produce stunning works of art before your eyes. Cast a vote for your favorite masterpiece at the end of the competition and bid on a piece to take home!
