City of Green Bay Parking Ramps & Lots

The Parking Division operates four ramps in the downtown area; these facilities have over 3,300 spaces combined. There are also numerous parking lots in the downtown area under the Parking Division's management.  Here is a map of City-owned parking facilities for which monthly permits are available to the public.

General Parking

Parking in downtown Green Bay is easy and convenient with three public ramps, surface lots, and tons of on-street parking.

Parking downtown is always free after 6 p.m. M-F, weekends, and holidays.

    The three ramps include:

    • Pine Street Ramp (entrances off of Pine & Madison)
    • Main Street Ramp (entrance off Main near Adams)
    • Cherry Street Ramp (entrance on Cherry between Washington & Adams)

    The parking ramps are automated, so all entrance and exit gates are kept down 24/7. Credit/debit cards are accepted at all exit lanes for those parking in the ramp's paid times (M-F 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.).

    The City of Green Bay Department of Public Works operates and maintains all public ramps and lots downtown.  Visit greenbaywi.gov for more parking details.

    Please note - Parking on ALL City of Green Bay streets is prohibited between 3:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. daily, all year long. Watch for specific on-street parking rules via signage along the streets for any variations.
